We were in Darby, MT, on a little family vacation to celebrate our granddaughter's second birthday when we suddenly had no power. We packed up and started home while I called all around the region to see if we could get someone to look at our trailer (Saturday morning). NO one would see us, but this guy! He said that he was really booked for the day, but if we could swing by, he would take a look. Within 10 minutes, he had diagnosed a bad converter, switched out, explained a lot of things to us about our electrical system and how to maintain. An hour later, we were back on the road to Darby. He SAVED our granddaughter's birthday party!

We spent a couple nights in Missoula and starting having some electrical issues as we were getting ready to head to Glacier. We called Done Rite RV and they were able to come out right away and diagnosed a bad charge converter. Ran into some RV appliance issues after traveling 5 days from home to the Flathead Lake area. Gave Done Rite a call and they were able to fit me in immediately once I arrived at their shop with my trailer. The tech literally had all my problems fixed and had me back on my family vacation in less than 30 minutes. I had issues with a Dometic fridge, a water pump issue, and a water heater issue. Great folks here. We were traveling through on a 3 week trip and pre coordinated a truma aquago comfort water heater install during our overnight stay in Missoula. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, they set aside specific time to install the water heater and paint the water heater door to match our Tiffin Phaeton all in the same afternoon. The install was clean and professional and the painted door looks great on our motorhome. Can’t say enough about the great folks at Done Rite RV Repair!

We pulled into Done Rite mid afternoon with an electrical problem in our vintage motorhome. Even though the shop was busy and they had short notice of our arrival, they got busy helping us right away. Steven spent over an hour helping us, and when parts were not readily available, took the time to improvise a solution and walk me through what needed to be done after I was able to secure the part. I had an electrical issue on my Sprinter and limped into Missoula late in the evening. Luckily, found these folks on Google and yelp with good reviews.
I spoke to Kristi early AM who was super helpful and did her best to work us into the shop early the next morning. We replaced the house batteries and the techs knocked it out. Saved our vacation...so appreciate 🙏 the great service.

We went to two different RV repair shops in Missoula and neither one said they could help us for multiple hours. The woman that answered the phone for Done Right mobile RV repair said just come on down and they came and talk to us within a matter of a couple minutes. The service technician came out and fixed our problem in a very short amount of time in a very courteous and professional manner. I drove up to Lake Pointe Resort last night to check on my rig. When I arrived I had a cracked filter inside the trailer. I text Done Right RV Repair. Kelson contacted me immediately . Asked me to send a few pics. He called me back about 30 minutes later and said he had the part and was on his way. Once he arrived He fixed the original purpose of the call, but one leak lead to another. He took care of all leaks and fixed everything. He went above and beyond. I tried 2 other people before a friend gave me his card. I strongly recommend Done Right RV Repair services to anyone looking for a good honest person. Thanks again kelson.

We were on vacation and spending a night on our way through Missoula and our sliders would not retract. We were out of propane and it was 16 degrees outside. Done Rite came to the rescue. Not only did he come out the same day, he fixed the problem and inspected other mechanical issues just to be careful. He could have charged us anything as we were at his mercy. He was beyond reasonable and turned what could have been an expensive tow and vacation running event into a mere glitch on the radar. Done Right did right for us.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable and his diagnosis of our RV furnace was right on. We called multiple places today for help, including where we bought our 2019 camper from and all were weeks booked out. Very disappointed. Mark made us a priority today, worked us in on his booked day as we are living in our RV as we are building a home. He already knew the problem with our furnace, and was there working on it when we showed up. His comment was “ you didn’t have heat and temperatures are dropping fast here in MT, I wouldn’t let you go without heat!” Service: Electrical

Steve Grey helped us out and did an excellent job showing us around our motor home and fixing things as he went along. Other repair shops could be bothered with helping us with some small issues that we were having without scheduling a appointment a month out. We pulled up and he was more than happy to help us out right away. We will be returning here for all future repairs and maintenance.

Done Rite picked the perfect name for their business as they sure done right by me! Steven helped me out when I came in for a "run through" of an RV I had bought privately. What a great guy. He was patient and so helpful while he explained how everything worked. He also gave me some great tips to save costly mistakes down the road. Steven clearly had lots of experience that I know helped me from having problems and getting the most fun out of my camper. They were busy, because they are so good, but he gave me all the time I needed. I never felt rushed. His mom works the desk and has such a great personality. She remembered my name and handled all the customers with a smile and friendly care. Done Rite has a customer for life!!

I cannot review the quality of their work because they never performed any. While wintering in my rv and experiencing respiratory problems I discovered mold inside. I scheduled an on-site service call for a day or two out. On the day of the call, the technician called trying to reschedule. After I explained the urgency of my appointment, he said he'd swing by. Mostly, I needed to know the source of the moisture and a plan for repair. When he arrived the tech seemed in a big hurry. He did a very quick look inside and out and made a few pronouncements about the source of the moisture (roof leak, leak from the side of trailer). He seemed eager to go and said he'd think about the situation and call me in a couple of days. He dashed off, and I sensed he was blowing me off and would never call but taking him at his word I waited for days in unhealthy conditions. He never called. In the end, there was no roof or side leak. Moisture from condensation inside. With help I was finally able to locate the mold, remove it, and make repairs. Never heard another word from Done Right.

Good communication setting up a last minute appointment for our fridge as we were traveling through town. Our fridge began working once again before the appointment. Made a quick stop, they confirmed everything was in order and sent us on our way. No charge. Thanks!
